About this mod Machine translation
Complete revisions of all other PCEAs made from scratch. Nemesis PCEA's new design eliminates many of the bugs that plague other PCEAs and greatly improves performance. The day of alternative animation mods lumped in with PCEA is over. 10 slots not enough? Don’t worry, Nemesis PCEA supports up to 20 slots
Nemesis PCEA has a completely new design on FNIS PCEA2.
What’s special about Nemesis PCEA is that
Eliminates many of the bugs that plague other PCEAs
Eliminated slow animation changes in game. 10 times faster than the outdated PCEA, especially with reloaded orders
Are other alternative animation mods confusing with your PCEA? Yeah..no more crap like Nemesis PCEA
10 slots not enough? Nemesis PCEA can provide about 20 slots
Fewer animations than fnis = harder to hit animation limits = faster loading times
Supports all animations except first-person (including other animations not supported by PCEA)

Known issues
Vortex users will receive a __folder_managed_by_vortex error if nemesis is installed via vortex. To fix this, simply install nemesis along with the mod directly into your skyrim data folder. An official fix will be handled by Nemesis Tools in the near future
Using Nemesis with Halo Poser can cause CTD. Currently under investigation
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
