In the end, Nazeem in everyone's eyes is something to be proud of. He and his wife Ahlam are now happy homeowners.

While looking through the game's assets, I came across the key to Wintersand Manor in Nazeem's inventory, but the house was nowhere to be found.
It must have been proposed by Bethesda but left unfinished.
I pity Nazeem because he's so devastated by how much gaming fans hate him. He's not a bad guy, but it would be nice if someone pinned him or dragged him away.
So, here's my first ever quick and dirty mod that adds a house behind the Banner Mare, proudly called Wintersand Manor.
Tell me I just copied Carlotta Valentia's home and put Nazem's family there. I also added Norrin, an orphaned boy from the north whom they brought home to work to find food and shelter.
I tried out Nazeem and Ahlam's AI packages, but I'm still not sure if they work properly. I'm not even sure about Norrin's package. So I would be grateful for any suggestions, criticism or practical help.
I'm not sure if I will use this mod again, so if you like the idea you are welcome to go ahead and keep developing it, please give me a little credit.
All assertions in the mod are original, so you don't need any DLC to run it.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
