About this mod Machine translation
This is a great MOS translation that doesn't require the original
Added more information to HUD.
Now you can point at an object, such as a weapon, armor, or ingredient, and view information about that object.
describe
This fixes Skyrimer's HUD information which was severely lacking.
This is an example of information about what the player is targeting.
He always gives me a bug to get more information about the objects he has to:
Collect articles
Open inventory
Find the item in the list.
View statistics
Now I can point at an object such as weapons, armor and ingredients and see information about the object.
Plus, I can see how much I weigh, so I don't have to guess if I find out later that I weigh too much.
The following items have been added to the HUD:
Load weight and maximum load weight (only if it can be picked up or picked up)
Player's gold (only when targeting something identifiable or harvestable)
Damage and difference from current weapon (only when targeting weapons)
Classification and current armor differences (only when dealing with armor)
Known effect of ingredient (only ingredient or flora)
The amount of a specific object the player already has in his inventory (only if it is directed to something identifiable and the item is present in the inventory)
Read book icon.
Enchanting weapons and armor.
Effects on other spell elements such as scrolls, spells, and staves
Armor heavyweight
Master skill books before reading (disabled by default in MCM menu)
The pattern was conceptually simple, but he spent a lot of time working on it. Initially I tried to create this Papyrus publishing mode, but Papyrus text was too slow and couldn't handle the orientation of the HUD. So I had to create a SKSE add-on to achieve my goal, so many thanks to the SKSE team!
Notice:
Papyrus is very light. The first half of the code implementation is the SKSE plugin and the HUD SWF file included in this mod. Papyrus script is only used for hotkey events and passing parameters to the widget. There is no OnUpdate event.
Require
- This modification requires version 1.6.16 or higher of SKSE found here.
- This modification requires version 4.1 or higher of SkyUI found here (only for MCM).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
