About this mod Machine translation
This mod was originally made for Special Edition, but thanks to user RA Salvatore I was able to test this mod and it is now confirmed to work with Oldrim.

Okay, listen up, moms, because I have a problem! Spell outlines are so cheap in Skyrim!! Well, I'm not happy about that!
Vanilla usage:
You've just joined the College of Winterhold, and all spells are cheap. Compare it to real life: you go to college and you have to spend a fortune on textbooks... The textbooks at the College of Winterhold are so cheap that it ruins the immersion! The bottom line is, magic is a luxury item in Skyrim; most of the province is inhabited by the witch-eating, magic-fearing, mind-numbing Nords who have an absolute ZERO talent for magic, so it only makes sense that spell vendors have to charge more to make money from a smaller buyer base, especially since magic is, like I said, a luxury item.
Intended usage:
I originally made this mod for personal use and I won't be releasing it, but I decided to release it for anyone who feels the same as me. Recently, I installed a mod called Spell Research , which is a great mod that adds a magical way to learn and improve magic; however, there is little incentive to use this mod because it consumes resources, and why can you buy spells from vendors? Therefore, I recommend another mod called No Spell Tomes as Loot From Vendors on the Spell Research Simulation page, which removes all tomes from the inventory. Another mod recommended on the Spell Research page is Dynamic Item Repricer, but it didn't work for me (when I tried it in Special Edition, which is the version this was originally made for), and I wanted to change most of the values based on utility and skill level instead. Just change it uniformly, all based on the parameters of the "spelling version". Using Spell Research you can make spell outlines with time, mental energy, and resources, but there is absolutely no incentive to do so since spell books have no value, so making them is a big waste of time. I'd like to make a profit by crafting them as they are super rare. Remove their mods and the supply and requirements indicate they will be more valuable: Court wizards and mages at the College of Winterhold need spells, but they may not have the time to create them,
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
