This is basically similar to the original SLE version, but has been modified and improved to be compatible with Modern Room Rental Enhanced. It is the backport of SSE.
Installation Instructions: Drag and drop the file into the Skyrim data folder and make sure the file is selected in your load order or mod organizer

- Floor of Scissorhands and Real Room Rental are now hard requirements for this version and had to be loaded before. Let LOOT do its thing.
