Make Morthal the city it was meant to be

For many people, morality is a no-go. A place where young people leave as soon as they get the chance. Its dangerous location next to a monster-filled swamp certainly doesn't help. For others, Motar is an idyllic place, far away from the dangers and worries of the world. A small town in the middle of nowhere. People in Skyrim may think that the Morthal we see in the game is... disappointing. It is still considered the retained capital and largest city of Jayamahr. It doesn't even have any defense! Riverwood is a town founded generations ago and is better defended than the capital, Hjaalmarch.



Moral big cities try to remedy this. It adds gates, watchtowers, and stockades around the city, as well as a unique bridge. It also added some details around Morthal to try and make the city feel more liveable. It tries to keep that small town feel, after all Morthal is still one of the smallest fortress cities, but at the same time make it more urban, like. The Great City of Morthal attempts to bridge the major gap between primary and secondary holdings to the point where it all makes more sense and adds a little more immersion. This mod adds a common goods merchant.

This mod is incompatible with any mod that significantly changes the area around Morthal. The interior remains unchanged.
