About this mod Machine translation

Makes aiming accurate right out of the box. Full control over archery and magic crosshair position to match hit point offsets caused by custom animations and mods. The user determines how easy or realistic aiming will be. Makes the accuracy of first-person and third-person perspectives equal. Tons of flexible MCM options and camera features.

The main purpose of this mod is to provide fixes for the crosshair in bows and magic, while providing many other useful features related to ranged combat.

Mod has two versions to choose from:
  • AIM FIX Combat Camera - Represents a third-person camera mod with its main purpose (crosshair fixed) and combines the functionality of two camera mods: 3PCO v2.5 and Customizable Camera v2.11. A mod that needs no mention - AIM FIX Combat Camera replaces them all.
  • AIM FIX Lite - Main purpose (crosshair fix), but does not include camera functionality, so is compatible with other camera modules; additionally, a patched 3PCOv3.0 script has been included to make the two modules work together.

Dynamically used, customizable crosshair position offsets for archery and magic respectively, especially when the crosshair goes crazy after installing a bunch of cute mods.

Dynamic crosshair visibility toggle, invisible meter position toggle, sneak eye lowering and crosshair appearance when hovering over interactive objects/NPCs,

Dynamic aim assist auto-switching for first- and third-person archery and magic respectively (similar to the adjustments of the Proper aiming mod).

Powerful Compatibility Controls: Feel free to disable any part of a feature; Built-in compatibility with Archery Gameplay overhaul; Compatibility with custom UI/crosshair mods.

NPC Accuracy Control: Enemies become more/less sniping or squinting :)

"Dynamic" refers to features that are applied based on the player's activity - Exploration, Ranged, Melee and Spell Knife (mixed ranged/melee).

The peach feature is only available in the Combat Camera mod and not in the Lite version.

Please note that all mod functionality can be customized via the MCM menu to suit any preference, so your opinions should be based on how the mod is set up, not on its default settings.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
