This is Alpha, just home. I haven't completed the mission yet, so IEG is basically non-existent. However, it does have some interesting features.

In addition to the usual crafting, I opened up the area behind the door for the Pelagius wing (don't get too excited - it's literally enough to comfortably fit the alchemy lab and enchantment table there), then cleared out the wizard's bedroom to turn it into a battle room. What?

Battle room. The Blue Palace literally has tons of space, but mostly it's the flavor. I realized I could fit all of the handmade furniture into the bedroom individually. So I decided to turn it into a war room where you can hone your armed combat skills and watch two other people have a fist fight (soon to be weapons).

For a personal confrontation, you pull a chain in the room and a gangster spawns in the opposite corner, which you must fight to the death because once the door is closed and locked (no, you can't pick them up). Activate the chain. You can bring a follower to help you, but the bandits are level and won't cause much of a problem. After winning the jackpot, you can claim your reward from the chest (to the left of where the bandits spawn) and the door will automatically unlock and open.

To bet on a fighter outside the room, there are two buttons that allow you to choose whether to bet on an Imperial Raider or a Stormcloak Killer. Once selected, 10 gold will be deducted and you will be placed in a cage within the room. At this point, the warriors will probably be standing there looking boneless, so behind you is a button that will make them fight. This button can be used both tactically and when fighters are "trapped" against the sides of the cage while swinging aimlessly at each other. If you want to fight dirty and "nap" the fight, you can also shoot them if they get too close to the cage if you melee or hit them with magic. I did consider a mechanism to disable this, but you can play it however you wish. Then you either win 20 gold medals or lose your bet.

As far as betting goes, it shouldn't be a problem if your minions are stuck in a room with your warrior, as they should ignore them.
