Install
If you are already playing R Wiz, you need to reset the cells.
They are 3 ways to reset cell, new game, clear save or reset cell function.
How to reset cells
This is a common problem in Skyrim and not part of this mod.
Come out of the dungeon.
Save the game.
Load the game.
Wait 10 days and 1 hour. This depends on your cell reset time settings. Vanilla is 10 days old. You can change this with Wrye bash. Please see screenshot.
