Introduction:
NL4 U NPC will change the appearance of all NPCs, and there will also be some non-appearance changes for some, such as weight, wearing equipment, raising the level cap for some fans, etc. I'm back from a break from Skyrim, and I always come back. This time it was SE and wanted a different setup then I have been using Legacy. So I decided not to use many of the NPC mods I normally use. Which of course means I'm back to my original face. If I wanted to change their appearance I couldn't use elses mod and had to make the changes myself. Who would I change? What will they look like?
Part self-challenge, part fun, it's been years since I've seen their original faces, so maybe it's part nostalgia. This mod is the current result of this little adventure of mine. I decided to share these so others who like them can use it if they want, will update in the future if I change more

Let me get this straight because I'm posting this mod in a very crowded category. I'm not making it compete, look better, or be more popular than any other mod that covers these NPCs. So the comment asked why I changed the NPC's like this, this has been done by someone and it's not helpful or relevant. Your favorite color is red, you find your favorite red dress here, enter the game and fall in love. Now you play this and how good are your clothes after 1000 hours and 10 sessions? You go back to someone in a blue dress that looks very different, it's not your favorite color or design, but you still like the way it looks, and more importantly it's new and different from what you've been staring at for so long. NL4 is required for blue dress
Some assembly:
After installation go to the data folder. Under textures\NL4\FitBody\
You need to manually place a texture file named femalebody_1_msn
This change was made to give some female NPCs a more athletic appearance
This should be another "muscle" of your choice from the normal prefab or your own mixed texture set that you use as a replacement for the female
If this is a change you don't want, then just place a copy of the default normal from textures\actors\character\female\.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
