Quiet and peaceful home in Misty Grove granted by Lord Sanguine

Hello visitors!
Before we begin - a note:
English is not my native language. So, I'm not good at describing it.
I'm creating this mod for personal use and releasing it "as is" - maybe it will be interesting to other players.
After completing Sanguine's mission "A Night to Remember", in addition to Sanguine Rose, you will also receive the Spell Tome "Voyage to Misty Grove".
Don't lose this book! These are common items that can be discarded or sold.
If you have already completed this task, just add the book via console command:
help Voyage - Get ID
player.additem ID 1
After finishing college, you will learn teleportation spells.
It works very simply like "Mark and Recall",
The first read will send you to Misty Grove and write your current location at the same time.
The second reading takes you back to an old place.
What can you find here?
Well, I'm trying to create a fairly peaceful home where my character can relax and grow ingredients/food.
So, what do we have:
Marquee and Home Decor
Temple (statue) and amulet of Dibella
Functional bookshelf
A few places where your friends can sit and lie
30 places for alchemist corners and plants
Functional potion holder
dining table
place to cook
Select block (you will need your own axe)
small lake
Archery target (useful if you play with training dummies and archery target models)
One more important note:
I don't like the occasional "Fus-Ro-Dah" sneezing and random game glitches.
So I treat most decorations as static objects - you can't interact with them. Please remember it. This is not a mistake or an imperfection on my part.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
