This is Mei from Overwatch. I don't play Overwatch, so I'm not very familiar with her. I watched a video on youtube to try to understand her. She seems like a smart and kind person, so that's what I was doing when I was making her and trying to fit her into the world of TES. Since she's all about technology and ice, I think the Ice Mage is best for a variety of attacks. But I wanted her to be a smart-pants scientist. So, she also uses dwemer technology. So she has a modified dwemer staff and her robot pet, Snowball, is a summonable modified dwemer spider.
Snowball uses frost/ice attacks instead of lightning. He is also silver in blue crystal. Mei also has some spelling books, and you can summon your own snowballs. She also has some unvarnished modified dwemer staves to dazzle yourself if you're so inclined.
I wanted her to be a bit friendly so she had an outfit instead of her normal outfit (without anything like her original outfit to use). Her body is an artistic choice. Mei Ling is part of a research team exploring some ancient dwemer sites. Unfortunately, they are ambushed by falmers and driven into the ruins, where they encounter hostile dwemer robots.
