This mod has been in the works for almost a year. Originally a holiday food module that I requested, I later decided to expand it to cover all the basic food groups (sweet, salty, and both vegetables).
There are over 120+ new and unique recipes, all very user friendly.
Many recipes make large pieces (a whole ham, a whole cake, etc.) that can be broken into smaller portions for you to eat or decorate!
You can give smaller portions of food to your child (unless it contains alcohol)
You can also buy many new foods from hotel vendors, but some you'll have to make yourself.
The textures of some items (ceramic and silver bowls and many herbs) are remapped to your own textures to maximize the potential for customization.
Compatible with CACO.
If you're using it to decorate your home (or elsewhere), I highly recommend using a Jaxonz positioner to move it and lock it in place - otherwise it may crash.
Also, if you use a lot of mods that add food to vendors/ingredients, use wrye bash or mate smash if new items seem to appear infrequently.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
