About this mod Machine translation
WIP database of all mods on Skyrim and their asset usage rights.

We note that our wording may be misleading. Our intention is to list mods with the Asset Use License green stamp, and that's what we do. It may have actually been said that people can do anything with these mods (i.e. use a specific mod in a paid mod).
We would like to make it clear that as of now, the original intention is to list mods with the Asset Use License green stamp. We now also recommend that you use a list as a starting point for what you can use - as long as you grant additional permissions for your specific use.
We will eventually database this information in a future update.
We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may cause to any users or mods.

Ever wanted to come up with a mod but lacked the modeling or scripting skills to make it more attractive?
Then harness the power of the community and enjoy the shared fruits of their labor.
Check the list to see which mods have green tick asset usage permissions. Then read further (on the entry's mod page) to see if their mod is allowed (in your specific case).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
