About this mod Machine translation

Foreword:

First I made this MOD myself. I loved the Hobbit family made of resources in Stroti at first sight and wanted to make my own home from it - and this time I used my own resources that I converted and uploaded over the past few years.

This means I'm making this mod to my own liking - I won't make changes or take requests. If you missed something: there are hundreds of other mods for the house, just browse them.

No DLC required.

You will find:

A cozy, warmly lit hobbit home. I tried to create a cozy feel, suitable for a real hobbit.

It's not overly cluttered, I personally don't like the fact that the house is so upholstered that you can barely move it around, especially one that follows around.

You'll find a custom tree that cures your ailments. Also customizable enchanters, alchemists, cooking pots and wooden chopping boards.

There are many containers, all of which are safe, meaning they do not respawn even if they have some content. Some of them are named to help you categorize things, and some are nameless. These containers may not always be recognized as such at first sight because I made custom models of some of them, such as a book container for a stack of books. So, check everything carefully.

Exterior and interior window lighting will follow the course of the day: inside they will be well lit during the day and will darken depending on daylight/outside overnight and vice versa in the morning. And the exterior windows will slowly start glowing at night until they are fully night-lit, slowly getting darker again in the morning.

There are a few small references to the Hobbit books/movies, and Easter eggs for my friend Stroti.

What you won't find:

no bathhouse

There was no blacksmith shop, no tannery rack. .

No mannequins, no display cases, no weapon racks, no bookshelves.

Not shown as Dragon Priest mask etc.

No Hearthfire support children or spouse. You can bring one follower, that's all.

I didn't use the interior door, I opened it fine and all the rooms loved it.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
