The only solution is Photoshop or a creation toolkit, which is very advanced for most people, so this is an easy way to solve this problem without an external program. This doesn't make the neck 100% invisible, but it makes it 80% less visible, which is a definite improvement
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
