How to get
This book is placed next to the "Temple of Zenital" in the Whiterun Tundra Realm. East of Gjukar's Monument and north of Broken Fang Cave.
How to use
Just read it in the inventory menu.
Each use requires PC level x 10 gold coins as a fee.

This feature will not work when the book is placed on site for reading. (Otherwise, you won't be able to use it.)
