About this mod Machine translation
This mod adds the male-only light and heavy armor Great Kilt, as well as the optional Fly Plaid with interchangeable tops.
Editing *Tartan files doesn't seem to work with the manager, so I disabled the NMM button for now. User manual download.
***Disabled for now since I'm getting some weird stuff with NMM. NMM download, (activation can cover all) enjoy. To revert to original, simply reinstall the original GreatKilt files.
Manually - download the file and unzip it. Copy/paste the contents of the GreatKilt folder into Data > Textures > Armor > GreatKilt. Something is deleting the Armor folder on the MacGregor files, but I don't know what. Using NMM was hit or miss with Gordon files. To uninstall completely, use the instructions in the main file.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
