Lucien Flavius ​​is a fully articulated Imperial follower with over 2,400 lines of immersive dialogue that is very friendly to the gaming tradition. A scholar by profession, Lucien is on an expedition to visit Skyrim and can be found seeking a traveling companion in The Swallow of the Fined in Falkreath. Although he is a wimp when you first meet him, with barely enough fighting ability to hold a sword, he will dynamically learn from you as they travel together, gaining strength and confidence until he becomes a hero in his own right.

Despite his initial lack of confidence, Lucien remains enthusiastic and optimistic, and will comment on your location and your active duty (though he will remain whispering while invisible). It has a small set of books that are read aloud to you and will talk to certain NPCs during normal matches. It even features personalized interactions with 14 other mods, including special joke scenes with Auri, Kaidan, and Hoth, written and recorded in collaboration with the original voice actors.

Lucien has its own fan system, so it won't affect your fan counter. He is important when traveling with you, but you can kill him if you choose. It starts at level 10, but over time it improves your ability to learn from and about yourself over time. You can also give him lessons on specific skills to speed up his training. Initially, know Freeze, Fire, and Heal, although if you have a copy of the spell scroll given to you, you can teach him a select group of more spells.
