About this mod Machine translation
Adds a follower named Lockpick to the game.
describe
The idea for this follower concept came about when I first learned about this ancient Japanese concept called "tsumomogami". Basically, it's the idea that after 100 years of use a tool (or any object really) perks up and becomes active. Where I would put it with this concept is that if the tool is properly cared for and used over those 100 years, it will be loyal to the person who currently owns it, assuming that person is also taking the tool. Take care of it. If these items are not used and only displayed, it will never be inspiring. If the item is used, discarded, and somehow left intact, it perks up, but is born angry.
I learned this concept from the short-lived anime Tsugumomo. I'm sure there's a light novel or manga that's even remotely close to the story, but I've only watched the anime. That's okay, but I liked the concept better and that's why I wanted to do this role.
Normally I like to give my OC characters some backstory, but that character's story depends on your character's story, as she is only loyal to the person who had her when she was just a hooker, and that person's descendant/apprentice/favorite should the person pass away or be separated for an extended period of time. So maybe you're an elf with a 100-year-old unbreakable elf. Maybe you are someone who has passed down this password from a family member. Maybe you bought it from someone or discovered it and cherished it until its 100th anniversary. up to you.
Initially, she will be a non-combat character, always running away, and only useful for carrying items and unlocking items for you.
How to use
Most people know how to use this, but when you talk to a follower you can select "I need you to do something" and have the follower activate different things, steal things, and kill other NPCs. That’s all. Just tell her to unlock stuff. She can open any door to the Master. She can't unlock anything that requires a key.
She must keep the lock on at all times. The Skull Key perk doesn't seem to work on NPCs, and the lock always breaks when the NPC successfully unlocks something.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
