About this mod Machine translation
This mod allows an attacker to hit an actor to cause additional damage and stagger effects based on body part.
[describe]
This mod allows an attacker to hit an actor to cause additional damage and stagger effects based on body part. You can cause positional damage to actors of all races. Since this mod only works with skse plugins, you can safely install/uninstall it at any time.
You can open "LocationalDamage.ini" to change settings.
How does it work?
It calculates the distance between the attack's hit location and the character's node location. By using the location of the attack, it is lightweight as it does not perform complex and heavy processing.
[Require]
SKSE 1.7.3+
[Damage and impact]
Health damage, magic damage, stamina damage, interrupt, stagger, knockdown, underequipped armor, underequipped weapon, reduced weapon speed, increased spell recharge time, reduced movement speed
[racial body]
Head, arms, feet and heart
NPC, Draugr, Hagrafen, Spriggan, Skeleton, Vampire Lord, Lurker, Giant, Astromammoth, SabreCat, Snowrat, Ox, ChaurusFlyer, BoarRiekling, Scrib, DwarvenBallista, Dragon
Head

Basically, it's compatible with races added by mods.
[Notice]
·The spell does no damage to the location.
·Race without knockdown mark will not be knocked down
·Due to balance adjustments, the chance of the effect occurring is multiplied from 0.3 to 1.7 due to the different maximum health of the attacker and the enemy. Target.
·The heavier the weapon, the higher the chance it will take effect.
I will still be tweaking the location and range of positional damage judgments.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
