Magic robes can be found in dungeons containing warlocks/wizards/wizards.
The boundaries are as follows:
Robe of the Shapeshifting Iron Lion - Increases the caster's armor rating during combat.
Robe of Summoning - Summons the flaming Atronach in battle.
Destruction of Devil's Robe - During combat, the caster is engulfed in a cloak of flame.
