SKYRIM SPECIAL EDITION version
It's a deceptively simple residence for a young and/or female character, but that doesn't matter. It is located a stone's throw south of Honningbrew Meadery in Whiterun. From Lillehjem's vantage point, you can catch a glimpse of Whiterun's city gates and Dragonsreach.
I made this home mod for my teenage character who needed a vacation that was appropriate for her age and purpose, so the feminine themes ranged from rose-print wallpaper for the cozy interior to a collection of dolls to dozens of potted plants and flower-filled baskets, as well as plush and warm bedding. Otherwise, I wanted to try something different than the usual big city houses for hardened warriors, merchants, and mages.
feature
Linked storage - that is, some items, such as a stack of books, a pair of boots, a flower basket, are given activators through which you can conveniently store and access your stuff from anywhere in the house. Even the chests outside allow you to drop loot directly into the house without having to go inside.
Basic Crafting - Some people want to craft their own, so there's a place to craft weapons and armor, enchant items or create potions or poisons.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
