This mod removes the headgear of most named NPCs. Presenting Serana sleeveless. Replaced Karliah and Rayya's vanilla outfits.

I made this mod specifically to complement Skyrim's mod Botox. Anyone can use this mod, although I can't imagine using it with Botox would have much traction. This mod removes most named NPCs' headgear. Excludes Argon, Khajiit, Elders, Children, and most Orcs.

In addition to removing the headgear on most named NPCs, the mod also makes Serana's hood invisible, changes Karliah, and Rayya's vanilla outfit (sans headgear) in a way that is compatible with the NPC Replacement mod. I do not recommend adding this mod to your current game, this mod should be played with new games. Otherwise, all ready NPCs will be barefoot and sometimes even undressed.

Loading order: Unless you like potato noodles, this mod must be loaded before the NPC replacement/overhaul mod. Other mods that reference NPCs touched by this mod (e.g. Immersive Weapons and ETAC) should also load above/before my mod to allow those mods to retain the changes made to specific NPCs, specifically ETAC which will add a home shop and a merchant shop on the 2 NPCs in this mod as well as the AI ​​for these 2 NPCs to use the new houses/shops. Check out the forum tags for clear information on how to easily apply my changes to these mods in order to get all the damage done.

The latest files for the Base Mod are final and I will soon be adding an optional file that will include "hoodless" outfits for Serana and Valerica. My HDT armor replacer mod doesn't like these outfits.
