Requiem adds reimaginings of legendary elven armor and shields.

This is one of three "Legendary" sets added by Requiem, the other two being Legendary Steel and Legendary Plate. When you have both the "Legendary Blacksmith" and "Elf Smith" perks, you can craft legendary elven items. Thalmor ambassador Elenwen also wears this suit.
