**1. Launch the mod and create your faction*

After installing the mod, you will find a book in your inventory called "How to Form a Faction, v1". If the book is not in your inventory, you can find a chest containing the book next to the bonfire on the wall on the south side of Riverwood. Read the book and you will be prompted to enter a name for your new faction and a prefix for your unit. Choose a name and prefix that represents your faction well.
