Fixed Jyriks blessing effect.
Passive scripts can be added to staff with a simple edit to Jyrik Gauldurson's staff. USLEEP fixed this, but I noticed that when using a unique item mod to change the appearance of a staff member it overrides the change. This is just for the editors and only requires Skyrim.esm, I only looked inside ULSEEP to see what they were doing so you don't need this change.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
