These are Arche's sisters. They are twins that can be adopted or used as followers. They won't fight. They will run away and hide when the battle begins. After the battle, they will run back to you. But for the most part, their purpose is to complete the entourage, with Arche giving her best story. You can ignore the story, but the ideal scenario would be for all three to be adopted together with the twins, with Arche as companion and potential wife/partner.

Although they can't fight, they are good at sneaking, and they can choose to kick off, but not the best.

Their cruel parents plan to sell them into slavery because they have no money and want to get back to being rich again. Fortunately, Arche took them away in time. They went to Skyrim with very little money. Arche takes them to Riften's orphanage, with plans to adopt them once she earns enough money to buy a home and care for them. Skyrim is a demanding land, especially for foreign mages, and finding a good enough job is difficult. She would visit them occasionally to see how they were doing. The twins were adopted by Vittoria Vici, who was nice but she just adopted them for appearances.

The twins currently spend most of their time playing with the other children in Solitude and can usually be found in the General Store, where the owner Sayma looks after them. Hopefully one day they will be reunited with Arche.
