About this mod Machine translation
A simple player's home and/or tavern.
Comes with staff and guild members.
-Two sword guilds and tavern. People are born and die. Time passes.
There was a hall on the plain west of Whiterun, now abandoned.
The Guild of Two Swords & Tavern is a building large enough to house a small guild or large family. It's easily accessible on foot or horseback, yet private enough that you shouldn't have any unwanted guests (except for wildlife). It's modeled after my D&D guild's headquarters, but with all the conveniences you'd expect from a mid-sized Skyrim player's home. Not a mansion, but certainly too big for a single person.
My screenshots are horrible...on purpose!
Any replacement of vanilla meshes or textures will affect every relevant part of this mod. This is especially true of Whiterun & Riften's stickers.
All screenshots I took were in near-pristine condition, without ENB, as heavy texturing would seriously affect the look.
Almost any texture overhaul or ENB will automatically make it look 1000% better.
A massive rework is currently underway.
Currently includes: 4 stewards, 4 followers/trainers/merchants and 1 administrator.
Bed for yourself, one entourage, 2 children and all staff above. The Guildhall had its own temple and working prison.
Incomplete/Coming soon:
External navigation grid. Plantation land. More decoration. More beautiful NPCs.
Followers will need to refine their schedules and adjust their stats, but otherwise can stay as is.
*All master bedroom containers are safe; all items owned by NPCs respawn and are therefore unsafe. *

Where? -Just past the Valtheim Tower outside Darkshade. Heading east from Whiterun you'll cross it, no problem.
There is a cozy little farm approximately 100 meters between the monuments of Rorikstead and Gjukar.
Along the road from Whiterun to Markarth, just as the monument appears, you should find a lamp post and tube. Skirt to the right of the monument and up the hill you'll find another signpost. Continue up the hill and the building should be visible.
Southwest from Falkreath, towards Cyrodiil, is another small house. This is where my player character appears. She has a schedule of events all over Skyrim, so she might not be home right now!
-How did I get in? -
There are no tasks. I have a hard time writing scripts. Just find a key and make yourself at home!
Only the guilds are free to live there, while the other two are owned by mortal residents... and they shouldn't quarrel too much.
-About that key...-
Suppose you are standing in a doorway and look carefully around you.
It's hidden underfoot.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
