Change introductory dialogue to about net neutrality
This mod changes the introductory dialogue based on comments on Reddit, this does not change any voice dialogue, but it does change the subtitles. This also doesn't change the entire intro sequence dialogue, just the part the guy wrote on Reddit. Due to the 149 subtitle character limit, one line had to be reduced. This is not compatible with the open scene overhaul, but I can make it compatible if needed. have fun!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
