Players can't experience the fun until they complete the cart/dragon scene. However, other NPCs will start their own fun before you do. This could ruin the introductory scene. Use with caution.
After using this add-on for a while, you may notice that there are many areas where poop is trapped. This is a feature, not a bug. Feel free to grab some poop and consume it. After a while, there may be too much poop. Your happy days may be coming to an end. It might be time to uninstall my fun plugins.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
