About this mod Machine translation
Wyndham is Skyrim's "True North" capital and deserves to have guards, properly groomed for the snowy weather that persists in the city.
Windhelm Guards now have sleeves. Additionally, some of the male guards will be wearing dark gray wolf skins as cloaks (I had issues exporting female models, so the female nif files crashed). For now, I'm keeping it as a mix of long-sleeved men with wolf skin and long-sleeved men (men have a chance of both armors.
These armors are not for player use - I haven't updated the first person view yet.
This is a work in progress and I plan to eventually make it so that the female has a wolf head/cape as well, but that will require some reworking.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
