About this mod Machine translation
Ever wanted to live in a pub? Well now you can...
So what do we have today?
Have you ever wanted to live in your own hotel?
Huh? World Health Assembly? You mean the bar?
Are you an avid drinker but afraid of leaving a hotel after dark because of the growing threat of vampires/werewolves/dragons? Do you wish you could sleep in a bar?
not really. I only go local once a week and the area is not bad…
Don't worry because InnTec(1) is proud to introduce Home Inns. You no longer have to pretend a crappy counter in your living room is a bar, now you can actually have a bar that makes a huge difference. At InnTec we thought the hotel could do better too, so we built an underground, eliminated all the merry and jolly bards, did away with the bar and replaced it with something completely different.
Your friends will love working in the smelter or forge! Wow your guests with a captivating display! Make some home brew at the alchemy table! All of these can be yours for the low price of only 20,000 septims, 10 monthly payments of 1000 septims, or a free mod download. Make sure you take advantage of InnTec's special offers and call today!
Hey! Cheer up! Seriously - what is this?
Sorry, I must have had another moment. There is a locked trapdoor behind the Bannered Mare in Whiterun that will take you to the Inn at the Mannered Bare. This is basically a copy of Bannered Mare, stripped down and then adding the usual crafty type stuff, along with a few other bits and pieces including The Slaughterhouse (dah dah daaaaaaah!).
Enter The Slaughterhouse and you'll meet The Butcher, a werewolf. Now he's not very talkative, but if you hang the chain on the wall it will summon a random creature that he will happily slaughter in front of you. Note that they will usually get very angry at being summoned and they will attack you as well. Since the Butcher supplements his income by catering to Namira's entourage, there will be occasional human sacrifices, so you can even do some blood luck while you watch him tear them apart.
Oh, and there's a mission type thing to keep it open. Go to Whiterun's Jarl bedroom and you'll find a locked level safe, so open it and read the instructions, then follow them.
There is also a map marker that will activate if you stand on the door. This will not remain active by default as it will cause issues porting to it when the game starts.
You also need Apachii SkyHair! Chloe uses a different hairstyle than standard Skyrim.
Any conflicts or questions?
Unless it changes the Jarl's Bedroom, the Embershard Mine, or the Bleak Falls Barrow area near the tower, there shouldn't be. Just click on it or paste it at the bottom of your loading order.
The Slaughterhouse makes it possible to spam a chain very quickly without having to wait for animations to complete and spawn one creature at a time. While it can be fun as they all start fighting and butchering each other, it can also cause problems.
Because the space is very tight (it's really only a 5x5 grid) and quite low, you'll notice that some of the creatures have crazy clipping issues and are semi-embedded in the ceiling and walls (mainly horses and elk). It ends up excluding itself, but it looks really weird.
It can also slow down the game. Use them one at a time without any real problems, but if you're on a low-end system having a bunch of them fighting each other will slow things down.
I don't guarantee it won't crash if you spam it a hundred times or whatever. Sooner or later something will happen.
Another weird thing is that sometimes when you go in (usually the first time) half the stuff is missing. I don't know why, or what causes this, but if you exit and then come back to it, everything should be there.
So why did you walk down the piston door and show up at the hot …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
