About this mod Machine translation
A small two-storey cottage overlooking the waterfall that separates Whiterun and Hjaalmarch. Must have Hearthfires DLC running. If you want to move into your home, you need to have TMPhoenix’s Hearthfires Multiple Adoptions mod
House is created by SilverCosmos.
**Clean 3.2.1 with TES5Edit
If you've ever crossed the bridge between Fort Snowhawk and Morthal and thought "it would be nice to have a house near here!", you're in the right place.
Require
Hearthfires DLC or Skyrim Legendary Edition
Hearthfire multiple adoptions V2_0_15 (moving)
Skyrim V1.9 or higher
Main features
Supports up to four children and one spouse.
There is a complete blacksmith shop on the upper deck.
There's plenty of room in the kitchen and dining table for everyone to enjoy a family dinner. Cutlery included.
1 mannequin, 4 weapon racks, 2 weapon cards and 1 small display case.
Non-respawn containers: 4 chests, 2 large tables, 1 children's wardrobe, 1 ingredient bucket, 1 safe and 1 small table, each called "River Ranch *container name*"
2 regular sized bookshelves and 1 small bookshelf.
To move your family into your home, follow TMPhoenix's instructions:
Visit the home and cast the "Bless Home" spell there. If the home is lucky enough, it will become your new custom home.
Talk to your spouse or your children now about moving your family to a new home. You can also take your children directly to your new home.
All assets used are from vanilla Skyrim. I didn't use or make a custom 3D model for this. For those who don't want to move a spouse or family into it, I can create a non-Hearthfires dependent version of the house.

Hearthfire
Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions - Now providing customized family support for children and spouses:
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
