About this mod Machine translation

Every line of Hessing's dialogue has been completely re-recorded in his Morrowind and Oblivion style.

This is a simple audio replacer that changes Hircine's voice to be more consistent with his pronunciation in Morrowind and Oblivion. You can safely add or remove them from the game at any time. There is no .esp file.

Flashback to 2011. Robbie discovers there is a quest surrounding his favorite Prince Diedric (Hercine), Lord Hund, Lord of the Hunt and Father of the Orcs. I carefully stalked the white deer, killed it, and realized I was about to talk to Hersing. The fandom begins.

Then I realized they changed his voice. Instead we get the awesome Hircine voice in Blood Moon and his quest for the Daedric in Oblivion, we get the voice of a male Wood Elf from Oblivion. AAAAAAAHH

The restore isn't 1:1, but it's the best I've been able to manage. The sound effects had to be a little heavier to hide the fact that it wasn't the same voice actor, but I think the spirit of the hunting voice was there. It's a little more demonic than Morrowind's Hircine.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
