HDT Bodyslide

About this mod Machine translation
This is a simple mod that adds transparent binding armor to the game and a pair of spells with custom enchantments to cast and improve the game.
And the opportunity to adjust the armor to your character's body via BodySlide. :)
This mod is based on the mod "Leazers Bound Armor" and the mesh/CBBE from the mods "UUNP's Reinvented Armor", "Crown Helmet".
I made this mod myself, and before that I played for a while with Leazer425's mods "Leazers Bound Armor" and foster xbl's "True Bound Armous" mod. These are indeed great mods, but I lack the expanded support for illusion skills and perks, the ability to customize mesh armor for my character, and hang on to uniquely enchanted armor without relying on the Creation Kit. :)
Features:
UUNP/CBBE-HDT BodySlide support
Version 1.1
- Animated version of the bound armor with flame-like mesh and fire refraction shader effects, like a bound weapon...well, almost like :)
Other than that, it might not look exactly the same, depending on the ENB settings.
- You can disable/enable effects for each part of the armor using the Zap slider in Bodyslide (it would also be interesting if you disabled the armor mesh, leaving only the effects)
-Better male armor. The male armor is opaque and also has a fire effect. But.. we know this is still a mod for female characters :)
-New spell - Equip armor to target. Just for fun, I don't recommend using this in your main save state because... I haven't gotten the NPCs to dress like players after the spell ends :(

Version 1.1 plugin
- Replacement helmet, chest armor mesh and body glide files. This is my take on the reimagined Daedric Armor
(Conception of tomtheclone) - New textures reworked from Daedric Armor and weapon improvements are more detailed and eye-catching 8.11.2019 - New bodyslide files have been added to the Optional section: Strap options for boots and gloves. Reinstall.
renew! warn
I haven't noticed lately that bound armor doesn't always have enchantments, but instead has a regular enchantment that is worn on the character before the spell. It started happening after I started using the grid in the plugin. I suspect the reason for this error is that the new mesh is heavier and takes longer to load than the attach script fires.
If you encounter similar issues, download and install the patch from the optional files section. Have them overwrite AmazingBoundArmorQuest.pex in your skyrim/data/scripts/ folder
The mod does not affect the original tree of summoning perks, all skills are added using spells and hidden perks, so this mod should be compatible with most other mods (I only checked with Ordinator)
Mystic Binding - The armor rating of bound armor increases with the summoning skill (increased by 50% when summoning at lvl 100). This compensates for the inability to improve armor in the smithy.
Soul Stealer - If Bound Armor is equipped, enemies take 25% less damage to you while under the Soul Trap effect.
Oblivion Binding - 50% of damage taken while sprinting in bound armor is ignored.
To enchant bound armor, you need to perform a simple ritual:
- Equip the character with clothing or armor that will apply the enchantment effect to the bound armor (both can be found in the game and enchanted by yourself).
- Cast the "Bind Armor Barrier" spell,
Once completed, all effects are copied to the bound armor and the item used as the source is removed from the inventory. If there is no enchantment on the worn item, the effect will not be overwritten, but the object will remain in the inventory.
Whenever you wear fixed armor, the enchantment effects are saved and applied to the bound armor until you decide to apply a new enchantment (WARNING!! In Enchantment
Save the game first! ):
The copied effect will be overwritten, not the old one, so make sure to only wear the charm you want to get from it during the ritual. If there is no enchantment on the device, the effect will not be overwritten but the object wil …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
