About spouse:
Currently, implementing spousal support is much more difficult than I imagined. While this can be done, it will certainly break other marriage patterns. I'm still working on the best way to go about this, but for now, you and your significant other will have to stay apart! I'll let you guys post it!
Help! My kitchen is a MESS! :
If you are updating from v1.2 (new users can ignore this) please note that updating to v1.3 will change the position of the kitchen furniture, resulting in cluttered tabletops and shelves in the kitchen. To "clear" the clutter, do one of the following: Remove the clutter manually, which won't affect items or modifications you've made to your home. If you don't want to clean up after yourself, do the following: remove any valuables from your home and store them outside the house (painful, I know, my apologies). Disable the SeabreezeEstate.esp plugin and load the game save from the last step (remember this will delete any custom items in your home) Save and exit again, then enable the plugin and load the game to reset the house interior. After loading the game you have to "move" I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. Furniture layout will not be changed in future releases to avoid this situation.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
