There are 10 rooms, each with about 30 goblins. (They are very weak, with only 20 health for normal humans.) There are a few different types, and halfway through you'll fight a hobgoblin boss, and at the end you'll fight a goblin shaman boss.
You can find the entrance between Shimmermist Cave and Fellglow Keep. The enemy was not leveled. I found the dungeon to be challenging, but doable at proficient difficulty levels 2-4.
