Have you completed Dawnguard, do you remember Soul Mountain? Have you ever seen "Jiub", a Dunmer ghost, and his chance to find all lost and found pages? That's St. Jiub of Morrowind, the first character Nerevarine sees in the opening scene of TES III and a spoiler for Cliff Racers. Well, if you've played Morrowind and completed Dawnguard, you'll notice that he looks very different from his TES III counterpart. Of course, hundreds of years have passed and the ghosts don't age or grow hair. Basically, all Bethesda did was make a Dunmer NPC, give him a raspy voice, and call him Jiub.

Known issues

Jiub is supposed to be wearing his blue (hoodless) Dunmer costume, but for some reason he seems to like wearing prison uniform. I know it's hard to tell, but I changed Jiub's hair to a shaved dunmer (like Neloth), changed his eye color to match Morrowind (one blind and one red), and made his skin tone rougher.
