About this mod Machine translation
Completely renovate the estate on the lake to make it warmer, more functional and more ordinary.
This is a translation of Nimee's excellent Lakeview Manor - a due mod where you'll find and the resources you need.
The module consists of two parts, one touching the interior of the house beyond the wine cellar and the other touching the wine cellar and the outside.
Most importantly, take the time to read the instructions that follow, as the author uses construction models of certain parts on a workbench but converts the interior space into something else.
NDT: As a result of testing the mod, I fell in love with it and ended up with a functional lake estate with a warm and pleasant living environment.
Part 1: Significant changes in the architecture and interior decoration of the estate:
Entrance: Various details were added to make it look like an entrance.
Main room: with fireplace, library nook and dining area.
Kitchen: it is now open to the main room and has been moved to the rear room (which has a cabin leading to the wine cellar)
The real master bedroom: completely redone, plus, there are no kids in it.
Bard's and Chamber's Room: Basically the Music Room.
Huscarl Room: This is also a play corner for your minions.
A small corner for water: with functional toilet (you can flush the toilet).
Loft room: suitable for 2 children with different themes (ocean and forest).
Library: It also doubles as an office and allows you to display your precious artifacts, including enchanting tables and enchanting rods.
Alchemy Laboratory: Located in the cabinet of the Alchemy Tower, used to store potions, poisons, and ingredients.
Greenhouse Corner: 16 flowerpots and insects located between the library/office and the alchemy laboratory.
Part 2 Major changes to basement and exterior:
basement:
A dynamic treasure room: when you store gold in it, it decorates itself.
Two exhibition areas: one with mannequins, display cases, weapon racks and weapon trays, the other with 6 personalized display areas for the display of armor kits.
forgery
vampire lair
Displays claws of dragon claws, Thieves' Guild objects, Ethereum objects, other Daedric objects, katanas and blades, treasure maps and every other object the author thought of.
Appearance:

The exterior of the renovated Alchemy Tower

Construction instructions:
Please take some time to read the following instructions carefully, I will not answer questions whose answers are given in the instructions below.
The mod can be installed mid-game, but if the mansion is built before installation, you risk some bugs that will force you to use the console.
It is designed so that the building of the manor must follow the instructions below or risk having to operate the console.
Best of all, your Chamberlain has nothing!
After installing part 1:
Buy land if you haven't already.
Head to the building.
Use the drafting table and workbench to build a tiny house.
Do the same for the main room, west wing (kitchen), north wing (alchemy lab) and east wing (bedrooms).
Return to the drawing table and turn the small house into an entrance.
Entering the house, in each room there is a workbench with a note with instructions on what to build in each room. Don't build anything more or less.
Remove the workbench.
Make a backup (not fast)
If not installed, please install part 2
Build a wine cellar
Go to it and build what is indicated in the comments.
Exit and deactivate the workbench.
If you haven't already, build a pen, barn, garden and apiary.
Rent tramps and minstrels, start a family, buy chickens, sell eggs and enjoy them.
Install:
Download and install the 2 parts of the mod via NMM or MO, or unzip the archive in the skyrim data folder.
uninstall:
Empty all containers, move NPCs, go to another interior unit (hotel or other interior unit), save and exit. Uninstall the mo …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
