Blink - Standalone Teleportation Spell

Flashing is instantaneous movement in a small area. You can teleport at will within 150 feet of the target location. Determine a direction and fly to the roof. Anywhere you want to go.
This function can get some things that you can't hook, such as certain ceiling items. It can also be used for lazy walking and avoiding monsters. Attract monsters.
There are two spell books, one for spell skills and one for power skills. The difference is that one is activated by hand and the other is activated by pressing Z.
