Permafrost: Your icy skin freezes the air around you, draining 10 stamina per second from enemies within melee range.
Frozen Spirits: Frost resistance increases as health decreases.
Blood and Snow: Frost spells and placed frost wards are 20% more powerful.
Mission* Reward - Find the ancient Temple of Farmery to unlock
Touch of Winter: 1 time per day - Wraps surrounding enemies in ice for 20 seconds. Frozen enemies take reduced damage.
*I didn’t actually create the quest to unlock power. Instead, on the table in the temple bedroom is a book that, if read by the Snow Elves, will grant power.
temple
To the northeast of Skyrim, somewhere in the Frozen Region, the Temple of the Farmery Pantheon can be found. In addition to the shrines to Auri-el, Phynaster, Syrabane, Trinimac, and Y'ffre, the temple also houses a bedroom with basic necessities, as well as a set of ancient Falmer robes in the wardrobe.
There are no in-game hints about the temple's location, but for those who don't want to spend the time looking for the temple, I've included a second readme file with its location in the download.
Buddhist niche
Temple of Auri-el: Bows do 25% extra damage
Temple of Phynaster: +50 Health
Temple of Syrabane: +50 Mana
Temple of Trinimac: +50 Stamina
Temple of Y'ffre: Health, mana and stamina regenerate 50% faster

Racial Compatibility
Skyrim and Dawnguard’s RaceCompatibility (overwriting the files in RacialCompatibility with TMPhoenix’s files)
compatibility
The only incompatibilities I can think of are those with Temple of Winterhold adding new areas to the same area, but I've installed over 100 mods and haven't had any issues.
A patch may be required for compatibility with modules that edit header widget form lists.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
