Using the guide on the Fair Skin Complexion mod page
- Install ECE. If RaceMenu is installed, uninstall it.
- Load the desired ECE preset and use the "Export Headers" function. The head mesh will be exported with the name of the player character.

- Uninstall ECE and install RaceMenu.
