A reported issue when using a gamepad is that the wait module is not working properly. Now, if you use a gamepad, you just need to enable "Wait Module" in MCM.
Uninstall
Disable mods in MCM menu.
Save and delete the esp file.
Done (Optional) You can completely disable the mod in the MCM and leave it in the load order without running any scripts or listening to any events.
