This mod adds a small estate north of Falkreath. There is no need to memorize maps that have already been discovered for you to travel. Without missions, there was very little I could do to load the gate. There is a tavern that doubles as a blacksmith outside. The house next to it is your private residence. The stone tower opposite your house has a basement known as the Guardhouse.
There are multiple guards surrounding the estate. There are 4 fans. 2 is the wizard and 2 is the warrior. 2 are located in the tavern, 1 is located in the guardhouse, and the last is located in the manor, near the fire pit. There are 3 suppliers. There are 4 prisoners in the guard room. The key is on the nightstand and you enter the guard room. The guardhouse also has an armory. Here’s what’s inside your home:
