About this mod Machine translation
The Imperial Fortress is reimagined using The Witcher 3's red ruins texture.
Meshes and textures are compressed in .BSA format. You will have to extract them. I use fo3archive:

This is a reimagining of the Imperial Fortress using The Witcher 3's red ruins texture, a pack I borrowed from LorSakyamuni's The Witcher 3 Mega Assets. There are also some works in Ratway's Thieves' Guild and Nordic Ruins.
Without an external grid, a tileset is incomplete. I really don't feel like doing this anymore, I made this for personal use and will be included in my upcoming dungeon "The Haunted Castle". I love how this turned out and decided to share it so that you guys looking for a new dungeon tile set can make something of your own.
This is the modders resource, they are not yet added to the game, I have added an .esp file for you to view. Install and activate the mod, run Skyrim, open a console, and type "coc AAAredfort2" to get a rough example of what can be done. And... yes, there is a AAAredfort cell here, but it's glitchy: I made a copy of Amol's fortress with certain spaces inside, and when you move away from them, the walls become invisible. Regardless, it's still useful to check the mods.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
