Upgrading to 3 costs: 1 Grab Oak Shield +2, 3 Silver Ingots and 1 Universal Soul Stone (full)

Upgrading to +4 costs: 1 Grab Oak Shield +3, 5 Silver Bars and 1 Large Soul Stone (full)
