About this mod Machine translation
Additional effects for each of the three perks related to the bound weapon.
Mysterious binding
Increases sun damage against undead during the day, and increases moonlight damage against anyone at night.
Sun and moon damage values: Dagger: +6 | Sword: +8 | Bow: +10 | Battle Ax: +12
Still increases base damage to Dragon Bone level.
Requires skill level 25.
Soul Stealer
In addition to the soul trap, a small amount of Magicka absorbent is also absorbed.
Absorption value: Dagger: +3 | Sword: +4 | Bow: +5 | Battle Ax: +6
You'll only see small shards of Magicka flying towards you from the target, not the fancy laser beams.
Requires skill level 40.
Forgot binding
Increases elemental damage and banishes summoned creatures. Elemental damage is a combination of fire, frost, and shock.
Elemental Damage: Dagger: +15 | Sword: +20 | Bow: +25 | Battle Ax: +30
The Undead effect has been removed. I hate chasing draugr but it was overpowered.
Requires skill level 60.
miscellaneous
Bound weapons have received many fixes and tweaks, and you'll definitely notice how great they feel to use. For more details, see my notes on statistics and content.
All effects benefit from the bonus to all elemental damage increases, but improved/enchanted weapons will still be more powerful.
Spell Dome: Bind Dagger can be found in all Skyrim.
Includes my tweaks to the Silent Moon enchantment to make Moonlight Damage deal 25% more damage to Magicka, sync its power up with the visual effects, and remove the visual flash that is incompatible with other shaders.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
