Remove the DoF, excessive Bloom and Tint, and adjust the settings to look almost the same (hopefully better).
I removed too many Blooms from the game.
I then removed the depth of field from most places (except underwater and in the menu).
Then I lowered the "tonal" effect (ie: dark at night, but still with torches and light sources).
