Enderal-Enhanced bound weapon damage enchantment

Adds stunning magic equipment to enhance bound weapon damage.

That doesn't make it match the weapon as made and forged, not my point. This is to make them more consistent and make them more viable in the future. Basically trading brute strength for variety.

Rings and amulets have been added to the level list of jewelry. There is another piece I have hidden in the mounds around Sunset Shores. Don't ask me which one, because I'm really not sure which one it is. I also made sure to add each piece of gear to at least one vendor in the game, one of which is Ark's Tailor, again not entirely sure WHICH vendors overall as I'm looking for vendors that they logically fit in. The remaining items had me looking at that instead of their names. So even early in the game, there are plenty of chances to encounter it.

I didn't add it to the NPC drop because honestly I don't know anything that logically belongs to me since I don't remember them ever attacking me with a bound weapon.

If you want to modify it, all you have to do is load the editing software of your choice and change the size of "001_FortifyBoundWeaponBase" to whatever percentage you want.

I'd like to thank Quicksilver500 for using his mod as a template to get me started. Ended up having to take notes and start over because editing gave me errors every step of the way. But he was the basic template that I started learning from.
